In close cooperation with medical professionals, we create a scan video – a 360° view of the area to be treated. In just a few minutes, the AI delivers the most accurate measurements for the custom-made orthosis.
The scan can be performed with any suitable device – wherever you happen to be. This makes the process cost-efficient and environmentally friendly, as no special scanning hardware is required.

All 3D scans are calculated on our environmentally friendly, local high-performance GPU servers. Our download licences are available as subscription and download packages and can be combined with each other as required.
Premium service as standard
With the exception of the “Free” subscription package, you receive priority support by email, chat, phone or online meeting. With the Free package, waiting times may be longer when demand is high.
Secure online storage included
Every subscription package includes its own online storage. The more comprehensive the package, the more storage is available. The data is stored encrypted, GDPR-compliant and in an environmentally friendly way. Additional storage can be booked flexibly.
Starter kit with scanning material
Every subscription package comes with a starter kit of reusable scanning material of your choice. The more comprehensive the package, the more complimentary material is included. Additional material can be reordered.
Monthly download allowance
Except for the Free package, every subscription includes a fixed monthly download allowance. Unused downloads expire after 30 days. Additional demand can be covered by a larger subscription or download packages.
Service depending on subscription
The service depends on your subscription: Free offers limited email service, all other subscription packages include premium service by email, chat, phone or online meeting.
Online storage depends on subscription
Download packages do not include their own storage. The available online storage depends on the subscription package; additional storage can be booked flexibly.
Scanning material available separately
Download packages do not include scanning material. Gloves, stockings or scaling markers can be reordered at any time. Loyal customers regularly receive free scanning material bonuses on request.
Allowance with no time limit
The download allowance has no expiry date and remains available until it is used. This allows a monthly subscription allowance to be extended flexibly and long-term.

What hardware do I need for the Video-3D-Scan?
A smartphone that can record Full HD video. No additional scanners, sensors or high-performance computers are required – our servers calculate the 3D model.
Which body regions can be scanned?
Face, arm, hand, torso, leg and foot – more than 10 scan options in total, from a simple arm scan to a torso or face scan. You will find examples further up on this page.
How does a scan work?
