Our solutions for digital orthosis provision

Video-3D-Scan

Turn any camera device into a powerful 3D scanner. Simply record an all-round video of the relevant body part – and you have the perfect basis for a custom orthosis.

FDM 3D Printing

This is where vision becomes reality. Our precise 3D printing process builds the orthosis layer by layer – exclusively with environmentally conscious materials that are either recyclable or compostable.

How the provision process works

From digital capture to the finished orthosis – the entire process is digitally supported.

01

Digital capture

The affected body region is precisely captured digitally by 3D scan.

02

Design

Based on the digital data, the orthosis is individually designed on the computer.

03

Manufacturing

The finished design is produced using an additive manufacturing process.

04

Fitting

The orthosis is fitted, checked and made ready for everyday use.

About 3D-Medico

3D-Medico combines modern medical technology, digital design and additive manufacturing to develop custom orthoses efficiently and with a focus on the patient.

Our goal is to complement traditional processes with digital solutions and to enable comfortable, precise and economical care.
